Our Process
Describe what you can observe.
Start with the full address and the rooms where pooling is visible. Mention the floor surfaces, source status and obstacles along the route. Say when a detail is uncertain rather than guessing about hidden conditions.
Ask what can be assessed.
The contractor confirms coverage and availability at the property. Discuss the proposed visit, its charges and the person who can provide access. An request becomes an appointment after these arrangements are agreed.
Review the scope.
Confirm which rooms, accessible edges and equipment setup are included in pickup. Ask how belongings and heavy items will be handled and what remains excluded. Review changes before authorizing additional work.
Keep the next stage clear.
After pooled water is removed, ask which surfaces remain damp or unresolved. Further assessment, drying and material work may be separate proposals. Keep the completed room list, agreed scope and invoice so later decisions can be reviewed.
